Freakishly, the folks here get "into" Valentine's Day as much as Christmas. (Blech.)

The nice thing about this is that there were chocolates and Necco Sweethearts on my desk this morning.

In need of a break (and some sugar), I dumped out the candy hearts on my desk a few minutes ago. I was amused by what they have to say about love, sex, and the state of grammar in the U.S.:

Bwah! I love Necco Sweethearts, only the box I have in front of my right now is not the regular ones, but "Tarts." (As in flavour - not a commentary on the people receiving them, I hope. They're not as good as the originals.

And I don't have any netspeak, although there is one that just says "e-mail." I do have one that says "[heart symbol] of gold," though.

I need to get a box of the original ones, now. I WANT SUGAR! :D
