LotR Exhibit
Sep. 27th, 2004 07:16 pmSo, for some weeks now, I've been wanting to post about this, and I'm just lame. The Museum of Science has an exhibit of costumes, props, and other "artifacts" from the Lord of the Rings movies. It's open until October 24; it's tickets-only admission; it costs $19.00, including admission to the *rest* of the museum of science (which I've not yet been to).
etakyma and I are hoping to go, sometime preferably when we've got time to go through the rest of the museum if we feel like it.
Anyone in the Boston area feel like joining? If so, do you have a date preference? I can't guarantee, but...
Well, let's look at the calendar.
September 28-30. Working.
October 1. Working.
October 2. Etakyma's H.S. reunion.
October 3. Site visit for TWH logistics team.
October 4-7. Probably working.
October 8-10. Possibly going to Crown, even though Joel isn't fighting (long story), because I'm still Sylvan Bard and, well, it's relatively nearby.
October 11. Columbus Day. They're open. Anyone game?
October 12-15. ???? Dunno if I'll be working or not.
October 16-17. One of two possible gaming weekends in Rochester. (Whichever weekend will also involve driving Friday.)
October 18-22. ????
October 23-24. The other of the two possible gaming weekends in Rochester, and the end of the exhibit.
Huh. It's looking like Columbus Day, isn't it?
