Inherit the Wind

My favorite film version of Inherit the Wind is on Encore - it was an 80's TV-movie version with Jason Robards, Kirk Douglas, Jean Simmons, Kyle Secor, and Megan Follows.

AWESOME.

But it's not out on DVD, according to Amazon. SO SAD.

This is superior, IMO, even to Frederic March and Spencer Tracy, and WAY better than Jack Lemmon and George C. Scott.

I shall now be enraptured for the next two hours.

Fic Post: For PurpleFluffyCat

While ago, I had a conversation in _slugclub about a Dumbledore/Fudge vignette that I wrote many years ago. I went on a brief foray to figure out where I had posted that, back in August 2003, but couldn't find it.

But earlier this week, I had to extract some files from my ancient and really, really mostly-dead laptop (it was a job). And I found some (but not all) of my old posted HP fic, including the one I'd been talking about with purplefluffycat.
