I got tagged! (Baaaa.)

And of course, I was pretty much ignoring LJ all weekend.
I was at skip=540. Yeah.
Anyway,
ficwriter1966 tagged me:
Rules: Each player of this game starts off with 10 weird things/habits/little known facts about yourself. People who get tagged need to write a blog of their own 10 weird habits/things/little known facts as well as state this rule clearly. At the end you need to choose 10 people to be tagged and list their names.
Hm. I did one of these recently-ish. But okay, here goes:
1. I don't use a top sheet on my bed. I have an acrylic blanket that I've used since I was in high school, and I wash it as-needed, but sheets just wind up bunched around my neck.
2. I'm also an untuck monster. And the bedding isn't comfortable until it's been left unmade for at least three days.
3. I've used construction and/or steel-toed boots as winter boots since I was in college. Generally boys' as they're roomy enough for rag wool socks. I LOVE boots, but my calves are too thick for the cut of the shank on most women's boots.
4. I totally don't wash my dishes until the sink is overflowing or the dish I want to use is dirty and I need it.
5. I know I've used this one before, but: There's a soundtrack running in my head 24/7 and it's on random access. The slightest trigger can make me spontaneously break into snatches of song. Also, as proved at last night's holiday party, I know every song ever. ;^D No, not really. It just seems like it.
6. I'm a complete clothes horse, but if I had any say about it, I'd wear jeans and t-shirts pretty much all the time.
7. I have absolutely no idea what to write for today's Monday Meta over at
wee_chesters. Oh, that's not a habit? meh. It's a little known fact. Deal.
8. I've never held a job that took as many hours in the day as I had to log. No matter what the job I've had, I've generally always been able to keep my work up to date and still have time for (sometimes lots of) personal stuff, like checking email, reading and writing fic, and oh, yeah, LJ memes. (This job may be changing that!)
9. I can write without looking at the paper. Picked this skill up from a drama teacher in college (Yes, some of you probably know who!) and find it incredibly useful. Except for when I occasionally write all on the same line. Oops.
10. Not little known, but I'm a horrible correspondent. I just suck at returning emails, phone calls, etc. Holiday cards? Forget it.
10A. I'm really good at putting things down. As in, when I'm supposed to pass something on, like a cloven fruit or tagging other people? I put the thing down. And then I don't necessarily remember where I left it.
In other words, if you want to be tagged, consider yourself tagged.
