Getting from the airport to the convention center is easy. Just follow the signs at the airport for the train (which costs $5.50), then just stay on the train until you get to the Market East Station (after 30th, there's Suburban Station and then Market East) and the PA Convention Center is right behind the station, pretty much. If you go up the stairs that take you to 11th Street and turn right you can't miss it. Another plus is that the Center is smack in the middle of Chinatown, which is also behind the train station/mall (the station is adjacent to the mall) so there's lot's of good and cheap food nearby.
Ack! We threw out our futon, so the only overnight guests we've had recently have been Rachel's friends for sleepovers, using the couch cushions and sleeping bags. ;)
