Hope you enjoy your Pixar film.
In other news: My ID was recovered. I found out because I went to get a new one (and pay $5 for it), and the girl cop took my money, and the boy cop said, "Oh, wait. I have your ID. Didn't you get the voice mail? Or the email?"
"No," I said, "Neither of them."
"Oh. Because 'he' said he left you a message."
"No. That would have been helpful, but no. Okay, then gimme back my five dollars."
So he handed me back both my ID and my five and I'm back in business. YAY.
Which also means that the tearing apart of my house of the last two days was futile for a reason. My house didn't eat the ID.
Now if it would just spit up that purple blouse and the passport....
