It doesn't really show it all the time, but it's definitely implied that there are poker games and pool matches that they can win some money on. And who knows? Dean's a promiscuous kind of guy. Who knows how he drums up the funds that they use?"


Jensen has considered that Dean has turned gigolo on occasion? Or at least has "hooked up" with "tricks" in order to score a place to crash.

Random...

So, my car (yes, it's still running...shhh) has had a short in the dome light for a long time. Like...I've had the car for 9 years; I think the light hasn't worked in at least 6. That is, opening the driver's door doesn't turn on the light. Opening the driver's-side rear door sometimes turns on the light; more often not.

Tonight? Yeah. I left rehearsal, opened the door--no light as usual. Drove home, got out of the car? Let there be light.

This isn't going to change anything, btw. The fic is *written* and while the beta process may still change some of the draft, as do my obsessive re-readings of the text while I'm working on it, the creature is the creature, the plot is the plot, the pace is pretty much fixed, and basically, I'm not going to rewrite based on this. I'm just.... *really* curious.

I'm also screening the comments so people don't have to worry about being spoiled on their (or others') guesses.

And I really have to go to bed.
