Thanks so much!
I figure the boys can't be the only ones with a code. John has a number of nicknames for them that are shared by Bobby, Jim, and Caleb, including C&H, "Starsky and Hutch," "Frank and Jesse," and when they were both teens, "Sturm and Drang."
Of course, *Dean* is Calvin; Sam is Hobbes. ;^D
