What KILLS me is that I knew he was up ahead. I just hadn't realized he had STOPPED for the same light (in the other lane).
Usually I'm cautious the other way 'round - I see ski racks and take them for cherries. But no, this one time? Totally didn't see him.
They say that we make errors when we *think* we know what we're doing. It's so true.
