Yup - someone was pointing out that while we've seen plenty of dead kid spirits, the show has never actually killed a child. Yet.
I think it's one of those lines you're not supposed to cross on TV. Or something. At least, maybe not at 9:00 PM.
But creepy kids are the creepiest.
